The book encapsulates the TOTAL DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN PERSONS. It enriches the experiences of students, sharpens their intellect and take them into a unique world of imagination.

The College of Education and Liberal Arts (CELA) is the pioneering academic department of this institution. The Liberal Arts Department where AB History and Political Science are lodged earned their government recognition in 1967 and the latter in 2004.
On the other hand, the College of Education offers Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) with specialization in English, Science, Mathematics, Social Studies and Technical and Livelihood Education while the Bachelor of Elementary Education has Generalist and Special Needs Education (SNED) as field of concentration. Both were awarded a government recognition to operate in the Collegiate Year of 1996-1997. The College was granted a Level II RE-accredited status by the Accreditation of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities Accrediting Council Inc. (ACSCU-ACI).
The college takes pride of having the biggest population among the academic departments.
